Session I: July 3 - July 22, 2017 Session II: July 24 - August 12, 2017
Learn English and participate in real-world projects at one of New York's top boarding schools.
WALK BY THE LIBERTY BELL IN
VISIT THE WORLD'S BEST UNIVERSITIES IN
THE AMERICAN CULTURE
This was the best summer experience I've had. The program was very intimate, we had 10 students in our group. My English has improved tremendously. We visited New York City, Harvard University and played in fun basketball games.
I got very positive feedback from Ilia and his parents. Ilia really progressed in his English. He was also really involved in lessons and activities during the entire program. It is difficult to engage children in the educational process (especially on summer holidays) and the parents were happy to know that Ilia was interested in his lessons and activities. Moreover, Ilia liked the school’s location and the parents were glad to know that he is so close to nature and breathes fresh air. Thank you.

We will visit New York City and many of its iconic cultural sites and universities. We will get to know New York University, Columbia, FIT and Parsons as well as world-class museums (Metropolitan, MOMA, Guggenheim), attend a Broadway show, shop along the world-famous 5th Avenue, visit famous tourist attractions including The Highline, Central Park, Empire State Building, Wall Street, Ground Zero, Statue of Liberty and Times Square.
Our curriculum relies on learning through experiencing! Students participate in real-world projects outside of traditional classrooms focusing on American history, culture, politics, and global affairs. Each child will constantly practice speaking, listening, reading and writing in English. Students spend an average of three hours each day in the classroom working on assessments and preparing for various excursions. Afternoons offer enrichment activities that further enhance student learning. Evenings focus on projects, group work, studying and entertainment. We emphasize:
Keqing, Shanghai, China
Become familiar with Boston’s famous universities such as Harvard, MIT, Boston University and walk the historic Freedom Trail. No trip to Boston would be complete without a shopping stop at Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall.
We will also visit Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania, Temple and Drexel University. While there, we will tour Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell and explore the Franklin Institute.
