Current Openings

We are seeking a dynamic, talented, and strategic Director of Development to join our team. Reporting directly to Head of School Lisa Shambaugh, the Director of Development will support the school’s mission by providing innovative and strategic leadership for institutional fundraising. The Director of Development will set and articulate all fundraising strategies, oversee the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of donor prospects, provide leadership and strategic planning of all development-related events; and act as liaison for the school and the community. They will also attend all Board meetings, work directly with the Board of Trustees Development Committee, and will take responsibility for managing the school’s new strategic initiatives as they relate to funding priorities. The Director of Development will be responsible for overseeing a team of three staff members, as well as collaborating with other departments at the school (e.g. Marketing and Communications, Admissions).

We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and experienced School Counselor to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with students, faculty, parents, and administration to provide a comprehensive counseling program that focuses primarily on the social-emotional welfare of our students. The Athletic Trainer/Head of Sports Medicine shall have responsibility of assisting the Athletic Director in the overall management of the student’s physical health as it pertains to the scope of practice for an Athletic Trainer Certified. The athletic trainer will practice said profession within the parameters of the New York State rules for Athletic Trainers in accordance with the National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification.

We are seeking a Volleyball Coach for our boys volleyball team. This position is seasonal work, starting on March 19 through May 18. Practices vary in start time, with the earliest practice starting at 3:30 p.m, and the latest starting at 4:30 p.m. Games will be on Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays.
