At the conclusion of the 2021-2022 school year,  excitement was high as members of the junior and senior class were recognized for their achievements in academics, athletics, and leadership at the 2022 Junior & Senior Awards. The event took place at the Walter Reade Jr. Theatre on the evening of Thursday, June 2.

Asst. Head of School for Academics Dr. Tim Lance opened the ceremony by commending the students and Storm King faculty: “Each student recognized tonight has dedicated themselves to excellence over their entire tenure at The Storm King School. Our faculty members, who have given many years to working with young people, celebrate this opportunity to recognize and reward the ideals of scholarship, creativity, perseverance, and character that are so important to our school.”

Following Dr. Lance at the podium, Storm King faculty members presented the School’s highest awards for athletics, academic success, junior class college awards, four and five-year senior awards, and this year’s inductees to the Cum Laude Society.

Congratulations to all our students who received awards this year, especially our graduating seniors. Special thanks go out to the department chairs and faculty who worked hard to make 2021-2022 another special year in Storm King School history.
