Dr. Alex Finn-Atkins graduated from Providence College in 2012 with a BA degree in English Literature and Spanish. From 2012 to 2014, she served as a Teaching Assistant at Clark University and earned her MA degree in English Literature. She then attended Fordham University for seven years where she served as an instructor of writing composition and literature, president of the graduate student council, and advisor for the Office of Prestigious Fellowships. In 2022, Dr. Finn-Atkins earned her PhD in Early Modern English Literature and completed a dissertation on literary representations of extracurriculars in works by Shakespeare, Ben Jonson, and John Day. She also coaches the Girls and Boys Cross Country teams at Storm King. In her free time, Dr. Finn-Atkins enjoys hiking and running on the beautiful trails of the Hudson Valley.
