Spring has sprung on Storm King Mountain and the end of the school year will be here before we know it. That means it’s almost time for Q-Term!
Q-Term, a Storm King School Signature Program, takes place outside the usual academic schedule between final exams and commencement each year. Individual Q-Term courses delve into new and engaging subjects that encourage students and faculty to break out of the mold and explore new areas that spark their interests and passions while they apply the skills and knowledge they acquired during the school year.
This year, our faculty has created an exciting roster of Q-Term courses for students to choose from that appeal to a wide range of interests and take them to interesting, sometimes off-the-grid locations throughout the Hudson Valley and beyond. Subjects in various categories from the arts, science, and history to business, community, the environment, and many others are sure to make the upcoming Q-Term a period of learning, discovery, and adventure for all involved.
