01 — The Program
From accomplished young actors to students discovering the stage for the first time, The Storm King School’s Theatre program nurtures talent through expert instruction, ambitious productions, and a culture of creative excellence.
Theatre at The Storm King School is both an academic discipline and a vibrant part of campus life. Students may begin with Acting and continue through progressively advanced coursework as they develop their skills in performance, character development, movement, voice, and stagecraft. Theatre students also participate in dedicated performance projects throughout the year while contributing to the School’s major productions.

§ 04 — Meet the Theatre Chair, Anne Fulton
“The best part of our theatre program isn’t the final performance — it’s the community we create along the way.”
§ 05 — Production History
More than a decade on our stage.
From Broadway musicals to classic American drama, every year brings new productions to the Walter Reade, Jr. Theater. Scroll through posters from past Storm King performances.

§ 06 — Visit Our Classes
See creativity in action. Meet our students and teachers, and see our actors in action.
The best way to understand our theatre program is to experience it. We invite prospective students and their families to visit campus, attend a performance, meet our faculty, and see firsthand how creativity flourishes at the foot of Storm King Mountain.
